Terms of Service

Sofira · getsofira.com · Operated by RSfit OÜ, Estonia · Effective 4 April 2026

1. Who we are and acceptance of these Terms

1.1 The website at getsofira.com and its related pages (the “Platform”) are operated by RSfit OÜ, a private limited company (osaühing) registered in the Republic of Estonia under registry code 17602521, with its registered office at Raua põik 3, Kesklinn, Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform. By accessing the Platform, completing the Suitability Check or clicking through to a Partner Facility, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy at getsofira.com/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1.3 We are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, clinic or telehealth service and we are not licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH), the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) or any other health regulator. Section 3 explains what we do and do not do.

1.4 These Terms take effect on 4 April 2026.

2. Definitions

Term Meaning
Platform The website at getsofira.com, its content and the Suitability Check, operated by us
Partner Facility A healthcare facility licensed by DHA, DoH, MOHAP or another competent UAE health authority, listed on our Partners page, with which we have a commercial agreement
Clinician A physician or other health professional licensed in the UAE and engaged by a Partner Facility
Suitability Check The questionnaire on the Platform that runs in your browser and indicates whether a consultation with a Clinician may be appropriate for you
Consultation Any medical consultation, assessment, prescription, treatment, laboratory test or dispensing provided by a Partner Facility or Clinician, under a contract between you and that Partner Facility
Health Information Any information relating to your physical or mental health, including answers you give in the Suitability Check or to a Clinician
User, you Any person who accesses or uses the Platform
UAE The United Arab Emirates

3. What the Platform is, and what it is not

3.1 The Platform is an information and booking intermediary. It provides general educational content about physician-supervised wellness programmes in the UAE, a Suitability Check, and links through which you can book a Consultation with a Partner Facility of your choice.

3.2 We do not provide medical services. In particular, we do not:

  • diagnose, treat, prescribe, dispense or administer anything;
  • employ, supervise or direct any Clinician;
  • sell, stock, import, compound or deliver any medicine, peptide, supplement or medical device;
  • recommend any specific medicine, peptide, dose or protocol to any individual;
  • hold, store or process your Health Information (Section 9).

3.3 Every Consultation is provided by a Partner Facility under its own licence, its own clinical governance and its own terms, and under a contract formed directly between you and that Partner Facility. We are not a party to that contract.

3.4 Nothing on the Platform is medical advice or a substitute for it. Content on the Platform is general in nature and may not apply to your circumstances. Always follow the advice of a licensed Clinician who has assessed you personally.

3.5 The Platform is intended for residents of the UAE. Partner Facilities are licensed to serve patients within the emirates stated on the Partners page and may decline to serve you if you are outside their licensed scope.

4. The Suitability Check

4.1 The Suitability Check asks about your goals, general health and readiness for a physician-supervised programme. Its only output is one of two indications: that a Consultation with a Clinician may be appropriate for you, or that it is not appropriate through the Platform.

4.2 The Suitability Check is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, a prescription, a product recommendation or a medical opinion. It does not name, select or suggest any medicine, peptide or dose. Whether any treatment is appropriate for you is decided solely by a Clinician after a Consultation, which may include a physical assessment and laboratory tests.

4.3 The Suitability Check runs entirely within your web browser. Your answers are not transmitted to us, stored by us or visible to us. If you choose to proceed to a Partner Facility, any information you then provide is given directly to that Partner Facility through its own booking form, under its own privacy notice.

4.4 An indication that a Consultation may be appropriate does not mean that a Partner Facility will accept you as a patient or that any treatment will be offered. A Partner Facility may decline to treat you at its clinical discretion.

4.5 You must answer the Suitability Check truthfully and for yourself only. Do not complete it on behalf of another person.

5. Partner Facilities

5.1 Each Partner Facility is a healthcare facility licensed by a competent UAE health authority. The name, licensing authority and emirate of each Partner Facility are published on our Partners page and are, as at 4 April 2026:

Partner Facility Licensing authority Emirate(s) served
Dubai Health – Telemedicine Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Dubai

5.2 When you book a Consultation, you enter into a contract with that Partner Facility on its terms. The Partner Facility, and not us, is responsible for:

  • the qualifications, licensing and conduct of its Clinicians;
  • the clinical appropriateness, safety and outcome of any Consultation or treatment;
  • any prescription issued and any medicine dispensed, including its registration status with MOHAP and its sourcing through licensed channels;
  • creating, storing and safeguarding your medical record in accordance with UAE law, including Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 on the use of ICT in health fields;
  • its own pricing, payment, cancellation and refund terms;
  • handling your clinical complaints and reporting to its regulator.

5.3 We conduct reasonable checks that each Partner Facility holds a valid licence at the time it is listed, and we require each Partner Facility to notify us of any suspension or revocation. We do not supervise Consultations and do not verify the clinical decisions of any Clinician.

5.4 We may add, suspend or remove Partner Facilities at any time. Removal of a Partner Facility does not affect any contract you already have with it.

5.5 Where more than one Partner Facility is listed, the choice of Partner Facility is yours. We do not rank, steer or allocate Users to Partner Facilities on the basis of any payment we receive.

6. Medicines, peptides and prescriptions

6.1 Peptide-based and similar therapies are prescription-only medicines in the UAE. Several compounds marketed as peptides abroad are not registered with MOHAP and cannot lawfully be imported, sold or dispensed in the UAE. We publish general information about this legal position for educational purposes only.

6.2 We do not advertise, promote, sell or supply any medicine or medical product, and nothing on the Platform is an advertisement for any medicine within the meaning of Federal Law No. 8 of 2019 on medical products or its executive regulations. Any product a Clinician may discuss with you is a matter between you and the Partner Facility.

6.3 We do not endorse, and you must not use the Platform to seek, any product sold outside licensed UAE channels, including through messaging applications, social media or overseas websites. We may remove any content and block any User who attempts to use the Platform for that purpose.

6.4 If you have obtained any substance outside licensed channels, tell your Clinician. The Platform is not a place to report, source or discuss such substances.

7. Eligibility and your obligations

7.1 You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. The Platform is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly allow their use.

7.2 You agree to:

  • use the Platform only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with the laws of the UAE, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on combating rumours and cybercrimes;
  • give truthful and complete answers in the Suitability Check and to any Partner Facility;
  • not use the Platform to obtain, or attempt to obtain, any medicine without a valid prescription from a UAE-licensed Clinician;
  • not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or any Partner Facility’s systems;
  • not upload or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing or harmful.

7.3 Partner Facilities may impose their own eligibility rules, including residency, identity verification (for example Emirates ID) and clinical criteria. Those rules are theirs, not ours.

8. Fees, payment, cancellations and refunds

8.1 Use of the Platform, including the Suitability Check, is free of charge to you. We do not collect any payment from you and we do not act as merchant of record, payment agent or collection agent for any Partner Facility.

8.2 All fees for Consultations, laboratory tests, medicines and any other service are set by, invoiced by and paid to the Partner Facility under its own terms, including its cancellation, no-show and refund policy and any applicable VAT. Read those terms before you book.

8.3 We receive a fee from Partner Facilities for marketing and booking services. That fee is a commercial arrangement between us and the Partner Facility. It is not paid to any Clinician, is not linked to any prescription or treatment decision, and does not affect the price you pay.

8.4 Any dispute about a fee, cancellation or refund is between you and the Partner Facility. We will, on request, tell you how to contact the Partner Facility’s complaints function and its regulator (Section 16).

9. Personal data and Health Information

9.1 We have designed the Platform so that we do not collect, receive, store or process your Health Information. The Suitability Check runs in your browser (Section 4.3), and the booking form is provided and hosted by the Partner Facility on infrastructure located in the UAE. Health Information you give to a Partner Facility is held by that Partner Facility as data controller under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 2 of 2019, and never by us.

9.2 We process only the limited technical data described in our Privacy Policy at getsofira.com/privacy, such as server logs and aggregate, non-identifying analytics. Because we are established in Estonia, that processing is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation; because the Platform is directed at UAE residents, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on personal data protection also applies. The Privacy Policy sets out your rights under both.

9.3 We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing audiences or any tracking that could reveal that you are considering a health service, and we do not share any data with advertising platforms for the purpose of targeting you based on health interests.

9.4 If you contact us by email, we process your message to respond to it. Do not include Health Information in messages to us; we will ask you to raise clinical matters with the Partner Facility instead.

9.5 Questions about your medical record, or requests to access or correct it, must go to the Partner Facility that holds it.

10. Emergencies and the limits of online information

10.1 The Platform is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 998 (ambulance) or 999 (police) in the UAE or go to the nearest emergency department.

10.2 Do not delay seeking care, or disregard advice from a licensed health professional, because of anything you read on the Platform.

10.3 Information on the Platform is reviewed periodically but may be incomplete or out of date. Regulatory status of medicines in the UAE changes; the Partner Facility’s Clinician is the authority on what may lawfully be prescribed to you.

11. Intellectual property and permitted use

11.1 The Platform, including its text, design, the Suitability Check, logos and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws of the UAE, the EU and internationally.

11.2 We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. All other rights are reserved.

11.3 Partner Facility names, logos and licence details are the property of the respective Partner Facility and are displayed with their permission for identification only.

11.4 You may not frame, mirror, scrape or republish any part of the Platform, or use it to build a competing service, without our prior written consent.

12. Third-party links, advertising and regulatory notices

12.1 The Platform links to Partner Facility websites and booking pages and may link to other third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

12.2 Where the Platform or any advertisement placed by us refers to services of a Partner Facility, that reference is made on behalf of and with the approval of the Partner Facility, whose medical director has approved the content in accordance with the standards of its licensing authority. The health-advertising approval, and responsibility for the accuracy of any clinical statement, rest with the Partner Facility.

12.3 We do not accept payment from any manufacturer, distributor or pharmacy for listing, ranking or mentioning any product, and we do not carry product advertising.

12.4 We are not a party to any insurance arrangement. Whether a Consultation is covered by your health insurance is a matter between you, your insurer and the Partner Facility.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

13.1 The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its content is complete, accurate or current.

13.2 Because we do not provide, supervise or control any Consultation, we are not liable for any act or omission of a Partner Facility or Clinician, including any diagnosis, prescription, treatment, medicine, laboratory result, delay, refusal to treat, or breach of confidentiality. Your remedies for those matters lie against the Partner Facility, which is required by its licence to carry medical malpractice insurance.

13.3 To the extent permitted by the laws of the UAE, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to AED 1,000, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for our own wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under the UAE Civil Code (Federal Law No. 5 of 1985, including article 296) or Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on consumer protection. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

13.5 Where we have caused you loss by a failure of the Platform itself, and the law does not permit the cap in 13.3, our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.

14. Indemnity, suspension and termination

14.1 You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Platform, or any false information you provide to us or to a Partner Facility, to the extent permitted by law.

14.2 We may suspend or block your access to the Platform, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, are attempting to obtain medicines unlawfully, or are using the Platform in a way that could harm us, a Partner Facility or other Users.

14.3 You may stop using the Platform at any time. Sections 6, 9, 11, 13, 14, 16 and 17 survive any termination.

14.4 Suspension or termination of your access to the Platform has no effect on any contract between you and a Partner Facility, which continues on that Partner Facility’s terms.

15. Changes to the Terms

15.1 We may amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in UAE law, regulator guidance, our Partner Facilities or the Platform’s features. The current version, with its effective date, is always published at getsofira.com/terms.

15.2 Material changes take effect 14 days after publication. Your continued use of the Platform after that date is acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform.

15.3 Changes do not apply retroactively to any contract you have already formed with a Partner Facility.

16. Governing law, disputes and complaints

16.1 These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising from them, are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

16.2 The onshore courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform. Nothing in this clause prevents you from relying on mandatory consumer-protection rights in your place of residence.

16.3 Before starting proceedings, please write to hello@getsofira.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and respond substantively within 14 days.

16.4 Complaints about a Consultation, a Clinician or a medicine must be made to the Partner Facility. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to its licensing authority: DHA (Dubai), DoH (Abu Dhabi) or MOHAP (other emirates and federal). Consumer complaints about a trader may also be made to the Ministry of Economy’s consumer protection department or the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.

17. Language, severability, entire agreement and contact

17.1 These Terms are written in English. An Arabic translation may be published at getsofira.com/terms/ar. Until a certified Arabic translation is published, the English text is the operative version; thereafter, in the event of inconsistency, the English version prevails.

17.2 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects its intent.

17.3 These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform. They do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between us and any Partner Facility or Clinician, and they do not make us a provider of any health service.

17.4 We may assign or transfer these Terms to a successor operator of the Platform on notice to you. You may not assign your rights under them.

17.5 Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
