How does Sofira work?

You take a short Suitability Check that runs in your browser. If a consultation may suit you, you book directly with a partner clinic licensed by a UAE health authority. The clinic’s clinician then decides whether any treatment is right for you.

Is Sofira a clinic?

No. Sofira is an information and booking service. We do not diagnose, prescribe or treat. Every consultation is provided by a licensed partner clinic under its own licence and terms.

Where is Sofira available?

Sofira is for adults aged 18 and over living in the UAE. Our partner clinics currently serve Dubai.

Who are the partner clinics?

Each partner clinic is licensed by a UAE health authority such as the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). We publish every clinic’s name, regulator and emirate.

How much does it cost?

Using Sofira, including the Suitability Check, is free. Consultation, lab test and any treatment fees are set by the partner clinic and paid directly to them.

Does Sofira see my answers?

No. The Suitability Check runs entirely in your browser and your answers are never sent to us. Anything you share when booking goes directly to the partner clinic.

Will I get a prescription?

That is decided only by a licensed clinician after your consultation. The Suitability Check does not recommend any medicine or treatment.

Can I get a refund?

Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by the partner clinic under its own terms. Contact the clinic directly. If you need help reaching them, email us. See our Terms of service for details.
